Steve is a qualified Chartered Accountant experienced in operating at Board level as well as running his own business.
His career includes accountancy and business advisory roles with independent and international firms of accountants, a senior finance role for a US manufacturer and specialist financial recruitment with one of the worlds leading consultancies.
For 13 years he ran his own successful recruitment consultancy and also advised many successful business ‘start-ups’ in South Wales.
An entrepreneur and business leader focused on high growth Steve is responsible with the other board members for driving the business strategy with particular responsibility for finance, people leadership and development.
