Customer Care

ITEC Customer Care programmes provide key, relevant skills to enhance the competence, confidence and knowledge of individuals directly involved in the customer interface in a variety of occupational sectors.

Our Customer Care programmes include:

  • NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Call Handling
  • NVQ Level 1, 2 and 3 programmes in Customer Service

 NVQ Levels vary depending on job role and experience:

  • Level 2 will benefit employees dealing with internal and external customers
  • Level 3 is appropriate for employees with greater personal and general responsibility and those more directly involved in solving queries and problem
