Since its formation in 1982, ITEC has grown to become one of the largest independent training organisations in Wales, providing new prospects for thousands of people and helping hundreds of businesses to become more competitive. Pursuing its mission to widen access to learning, this highly proactive operation delivers leading edge skills development to people of all backgrounds. Through consistent investment in research and development and in the skills of its own staff, ITEC constantly expands and refines the content of its programmes to meet the changing needs of the economy and collaborates with partner bodies to promote improvement to benefit the people of Wales.

Commitment to Quality
ITEC is committed to achieving the highest levels of quality and consistently reviews and benchmarks its performance. This has resulted in “good to excellent” reports in a variety of Quality Measure inspections. Organisations such as IiP, ISO and Estyn all provide indicators that drive forward the standards of provision and service, against which training organisation demonstrate their use of best practice.
